Payment

Payment must be made in advance by cashier's check or money order. Credit cards accepted through PayPal. Florida residents please add 6% sales tax.

Deposits

A 25% deposit will hold your place on a reserve list. If you would like a receipt, please include a SASE and we will send you one. Keep in mind that if you decide not to purchase an animal after sending a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited. All purchases of animals held by deposit must be paid in full within 30 days of notification the animals are ready to ship. Your deposit will be refunded if we fail to produce the animals you originally sought.

Guarantee

We guarantee our animals to be healthy and properly sexed. All animals will have voluntarily fed unless other arrangements have been made. Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you MUST notify us within 48 hours. We DO NOT assume any liability for loss or mishandling by the carrier. For shipments sent viar Delta Air Cargo, please inspect your shipment at the carriers desk when you pick it up. Any claims must be filed with Deltar upon pick up.

Shipping

Shipping is available with Delta Dash (live arrival guarantteed, you must pick up at airport) although most customers now prefer door to door shipping. There is no guarantee for live arrival with door to door carriers. Cost for door to door shipping is $30.00 - $45.00.

Delivery in Florida

It may be possible for you to pick up your snakes at one of the Reptile Expos in Daytona, Orlando or Tampa, Florida. Please check with us for details on this.

Lone Female or High Female Requests

Females are almost always sold with a male. Lone females (or 1.2 trios) are rarely (if ever) available.

Miscellaneous

Every animal that we own was acquired within strict compliance with all applicable state, federal, and international law. We are in posession of the license required by the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to sell reptiles (License Number EPB 31286).

We will not sell you an animal that is illegal to own in your state. Please be aware of your state and local laws.
